This children's martial arts program introduces young children to safe falling, tumbling, coordination, flexibility and self confidence. Your youngster will also learn social skills, playground skills, focus, patience, self control, and the importance of never initiating violence. Classes are fun, full of action, taught in a supportive, nurturing environment and kept short to accommodate the smaller attention spans of preschoolers.
